Rachael Skinner holds two Bachelor’s degrees, one in General education and one in Special Education. She has worked as an educator in a variety of places in the UK, Canada and the USA for over 20 years. Prior to working for The Center for discovery, Rachael was Director of Programs for a private not-for-profit school in NYC for students with multiple disabilities and medical complications. Rachael is currently working for The Center for Discovery and its supports and services.
